Norwegian Labskaus

1 lb. hamburger
1 large onion
Add raw cubed potatoes (as many as you want, but then adjust water)
add a little water and cook at low heat until potatoes are done
add l can cream of mushroom soup (or thicken with flour or corn starch)
Season with salt and Pepper to taste.

I've added green pepper and/or fresh or frozen peas and mushrooms. My grandma Dockan sometimes added bacon bits. Enjoy.

This can be doubled, tripled, based on how many people. Great with salad and homemade bread.
