No Knead Bread

6 3/4 teaspoons dry yeast
3 3/4 cups luke warm water
6 tablespoons sugar
...1 tablespoon salt
6 tablespoons softened butter (real butter. Not margarine)
2 large eggs, slightly beaten (let set at room temp to warm them up)
10 cups all-purpose flour
Cooking spray

1. Dissolve yeat in the warm water in a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time. Let set until mixture has foamed up a bit.

2. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups, level with a knife and put into a large bowl. Set aside.

3. Once the yeast mixture has started to faom up, add salt, butter and eggs to yeast mixture. Mix thoroughly, then add in half the flour. Mix until flour is absorbed, then add in remaining flour. Mix until it forms a big ball. Cover and let rise in a warm place (free from drafts) until dough doubles in size.

4. Divide dough into 3 pieces. Form a ball and place in a sprayed (with Cooking spray) loaf pan. Cover and let rise 20 minutes or until the loaf has doubled in size. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until loaves sound hollow when tapped. Makes 3 large loaves of bread.
