Rhubarb Upside Down Cake

1lb (about 2 cups) chopped rhubarb
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine ( i use butter)
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2tsp baking powder
1/4tsp salt
3/4cup milk

Grease pan (9x13)
place rhubarb on bottom and sprinkle with sugar
Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over
-it will kind of look like dumplings or buiscuits
Bake @350F for 35-40 minutes
