How to make Catsup

Tomatoe Catsup
2 gallons good ripe tomatoes, cut and cooked done. Strain getting all the pulp you can, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/2 ts cloves ground, 1/2 tsp allspice ground, 8 TBs sugar, not quite 1/4 tsp. red peper ground, 1 tsp of vinegar (apple cider vinegar works best) cook down to 1 gallon of catsup
