Nearly 1 Quart of Elderberries
About 1/2 Cup honey
Brandy or vinegar
Fill a quart jar most of the way full of elderberries. Pour the honey over the top of them.Then fill up the jar with the brandy or vinegar. Cap it and leave it sit for at least 6 weeks. Give it a little shake every once and a while. When it is ready, strain it and rebottle it. When exposed to the flu or at the first sign of flu, take often. Anywhere from a tsp to a tbls depending on age.
